SmartWeb Canada Payment Policy

Payment Obligations:
1.1. Clients are required to pay all fees associated with SmartWeb Canada services 60 Days in advance.

2. Term and Renewal:
2.1. The initial term of services provided by SmartWeb Canada is defined in the service contract.
2.2. SmartWeb Canada reserves the right to cancel or elect not to renew services for any reason or no reason at all by delivering a written notice of non-renewal to the client at least 60 working days prior to the expiration of the initial term or the then-current renewed term, as applicable.
2.3. If SmartWeb Canada does not receive a written notice of non-renewal from the client at least 60 working days prior to the expiration of the term, the client agrees to an automatic renewal of services.

3. Payment Terms for Renewal:
3.1. In the event of automatic renewal, the client agrees to pay all fees associated with the renewed term.
3.2. Payment for the renewed term is due on or before the first day of the renewed term.
3.3. Failure to make the payment within the specified period may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment Methods:
4.1. Clients may make payments via the approved payment methods outlined in the service contract.
4.2. SmartWeb Canada reserves the right to update or modify accepted payment methods at its discretion.

5. Late Payments:
5.1. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or other fees as outlined in the service contract.
5.2. SmartWeb Canada may suspend or terminate services for clients with overdue payments.

6. Billing Inquiries:
6.1. Clients with billing inquiries or disputes are encouraged to contact SmartWeb Canada’s billing department promptly for resolution.

7. Termination of Services:
7.1. SmartWeb Canada reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or violation of the terms outlined in the service contract.

8. Changes to Payment Terms:
8.1. SmartWeb Canada reserves the right to modify or update payment terms with reasonable notice provided to the client.

9. Governing Law:
9.1. This Payment Terms Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By continuing to use SmartWeb Canada services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Terms Policy.
